This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to...Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with business clients to understand their insurance needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy inquiries, renewals, claims, and coverage changes.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.Policy Development and CustomizationAssess the insurance needs of businesses and recommend suitable coverage options (e.g., liability, property, workers' compensation, fleet insurance).Prepare and tailor commercial insurance policies to meet the unique needs of each client.Ensure policies comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.Risk Assessment and AnalysisEvaluate the risks associated with a client's business operations, assets, and industry.Advise clients on ways to mitigate risks and reduce insurance costs.Sales and MarketingPromote and sell commercial insurance products to new and existing business clients.Identify potential clients and generate leads for new business opportunities.Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness of the company's insurance offerings.Claims AssistanceAssist clients in filing claims and provide guidance throughout the claims process.Communicate with adjusters, underwriters, and other parties to ensure claims are handled efficiently.Advocate for clients in resolving disputes related to claims.Key Skills for Insurance Commercial Specialists:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of commercial insurance products and regulationsSales and negotiation expertiseAttention to detail and organizational skillsIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
