Crew Lead - Commercial Playground Installation

You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on deadlines, communication, and organization. You love digging into the details—especially when it comes to public and private bids—and enjoy supporting a fast-paced team with administrative and sales functions across multiple territories.Key Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinate the end-to-end public and private bid process, including reading, interpreting, preparing, and submitting all required forms and submittals.Review and interpret specifications, plans, and addenda to ensure full compliance with bid requirements.Create, compile, and manage digital bid folders and all related documentation.Support the VP of Sales with scheduling, reporting, communications, and follow-up tasks.Assist Territory Managers and Sales Support team with quoting, project documentation, and customer correspondence.Maintain accurate and updated information across platforms, including customer databases, vendor files, and bid portals.Organize and prioritize tasks to meet hard deadlines and multiple ongoing projects.Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing changes, and bid platforms.Provide support with presentation prep, CAD plan submission follow-ups, and spec compliance.Help manage special project quotes and renewal workflows in coordination with VP and team.Assist in the creation of marketing packets or reference documents as needed.Ensure that Midstates is represented professionally and accurately in all external bid submissions and communications.ExpertiseStrong administrative, organizational, and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience in managing or supporting formal bid submissions (preferred)Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate with internal and external teamsAdaptable and able to juggle changing priorities in a dynamic environmentSelf-motivated, with a sense of urgency and accountabilityHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools (Adobe, BlueBeam); familiarity with CRM systems and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and leadership directionRequires:Background CheckDrug & Alcohol TestingMidstates Recreation and its parent company, Michigan Playgrounds Acquisitions INC, is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities (EEO), and is committed to diversifying its workforce.
