This position provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office coordination.At Farm & Forge, we are building a collaborative, fast-paced environment centered around development, excellence, and creating an exceptional experience for our athletes, members, employees, and families. The HR and Recruitment Coordinator will serve as a key support partner to the HR team and hiring managers, helping ensure smooth HR processes, a positive candidate and onboarding experience, and strong operational support across the organization.Because we are a growing and evolving company, the right person will be willing to step beyond the traditional scope of the role when needed, support cross-functional initiatives, and jump in to help wherever necessary. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, team-oriented, and a true asset to the employees and people around them.What You'll DoRecruiting & Hiring CoordinationCoordinate candidate scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managersAssist with posting and managing job openings across recruiting platformsSupport recruiting workflows and hiring coordination processesAssist with initial candidate screening and coordination as neededSupport hiring managers throughout the interview and hiring processSupport pre-employment and onboarding processes as neededOnboarding & HR OperationsCoordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth and organized experience Track completion of onboarding tasks, trainings, and required itemsAssist with new hire orientation preparation and administrative supportSupport HR projects, operational initiatives, and process improvementsAssist with audits, reporting, and HR tracking as neededHelp maintain organized HR systems and processesOffice & Administrative CoordinationOrder and maintain office and workplace supplies/materialsAssist with office-related administrative tasks and coordinationSupport office events, employee engagement initiatives, and company activitiesHelp maintain organization of shared office spaces and materialsSupport administrative and operational projects as neededQualificationsRequiredAbility to work in office in College Grove, TN M-F between 8-5pmStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallySelf-start with a proactive and team-oriented mindsetMaintain high level of discretion related to employee confidentiality Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field.Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.PreferredPrior experience supporting recruiting or onboarding processesExperience working within an HRIS or applicant tracking system (Rippling preferred)Interest in long-term growth within Human ResourcesProfessional, adaptable, and service-oriented approachBenefitsFarm & Forge offers comprehensive benefits that support our team's health and well-being.
