These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry - celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.In this role, you will:Lead end to end OCM activities including stakeholder impact assessment, change strategy, communications alignment, and adoption planningDevelop and execute an integrated change and learning approach aligned to ODCPConduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessmentsDefine communications and engagement plans; develop supporting materialsMonitor and report on business readiness across marketsConduct learning needs assessments and define the ODCP learning strategyDesign learning curricula and training plans aligned to deployment waves and market requirementsCoordinate with internal learning teams for content development, review, and localizationDevelop limited enablement materials (job aids, quick reference guides, supplemental support)Partner with program and market leads to track readiness, risks, and adoption progressProvide regular updates, insights, and risk escalations to program leadershipSupport deployment planning and cutover readiness for in scope marketsWho You Are:10-12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Learning Strategy, or related transformation rolesSenior level practitioner with deep experience supporting enterprise scale transformation programsExperience leading change and training work for large, integrated technology or planning transformations across multiple marketsProven ability to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver within complex, matrixed environmentsComfortable embedding within an existing transformation team and aligning with related initiativesRequired experience in Change Management and training strategy.Total Rewards:We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
