Solar Sales Manager & Sales Reps
*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* - Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Develop and implement strategic sales plans - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making - Train and onboard new sales team members - Utilize Salesforce or similar software for sales tracking and reporting *Skills* - Proven experience in outside sales and customer service - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team - Familiarity with solar sales market trends - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Ability to use sales software effectively

Pay: $350,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
