Social Media SpecialistKada Recruiting is partnering with an amazing digital marketing agency, recruiting for the right person to help out with their expanding social media team as a Social Media Specialist. This role is flexible/hybrid. This role can be located in Boston, MA area or fully remote. May need to come into the office periodically for company and team meetings.

The Social Media Specialist handles implementing and maintaining paid social media campaigns across this company's book of business. The specialist will ensure that ongoing social media activities are on strategy and following best practices. They will work with other paid social team members and across departments to deliver high quality work that helps our clients reach their goals.
Requirements2-5 years of social media experience; prior agency experience is a plus
Ensures Social Listening topics align with Social Listening Strategy
Prior experience managing paid, organic, and/or influencer based social media campaigns and budgets against KPIs simultaneously
Prior experience with social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
Reviews work product implemented in organic social.
Maintains Content Calendar with relevant social content
Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Ensures paid social spend is maximized within budget
Ensures paid social campaigns are launched on time and remain within budget parameters
Ensures ongoing social management activities are on strategy and following channel best practices
Ensures organic social recommendations align with clients' marketing goals and objectives
Oversees audit and competitor research
Oversees Facebook Biz manager to ensure that best practices are being followed
Maintains working understanding of industry and social best practices
