Veterinary Medical Leadership Role

The Medical Director will also be instrumental in mentoring and training a talented group of veterinarians. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement treatment plans that meet the highest standards, and perform surgeries when necessary. Maintain effective communication with the Hospital Administrator to ensure smooth operations. Guide and mentor associate veterinarians and staff to promote outstanding care and powerful client relationships. Foster a respectful and supportive work environment for all team members. Stay informed about the latest developments in the veterinary field. Comply with all state and federal regulations. Engage actively in company-sponsored events. Compensation and BenefitsOffering a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $185,000 DOE, with the potential for a negotiable production bonus and no negative accrual. Experience in general practice or surgery required. Leadership experience is advantageous. 2-5 years of relevant veterinary experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills; energetic, organized, meticulous, and approachable. A strong enthusiasm for teaching, leadership, and mentoring staff.
