As a Real Estate Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of real estate transactions and legal matters for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Advising clients on real estate transactions and negotiationsDrafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreementsConducting due diligence for real estate dealsResolving real estate disputes and issuesKeeping up-to-date with real estate laws and regulationsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the stateProven experience in real estate lawStrong negotiation and communication skillsAttention to detail and analytical thinking
