Experienced Paralegal

We are hiring an experienced on-site paralegal for our busy transactional law practice, who can do far more than basic admin support. This role is for someone who can help drive matters to completion, tee up files well for attorney work, and reduce friction. You will be a key partner in helping attorneys stay focused on high-value legal work while you help keep documents, files, and workflows moving.Work closely with attorneys and other staff to improve workflows and support a more efficient, modern practice so that the revenue producers in our business spend more time on work that is appropriate to their level of responsibility and the needs of our clients.You will work onsite at our beautiful and comfortable office to support matters across business, commercial, real estate, estate planning, probate, entity formation, and merger/acquisition work for Maine-based clients.Beneifts100% health insurance premiumHSAGroup life/disabilityVision401(k)Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
