Client Manager
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will guide them on their journey to creating a beautiful new kitchen. Your enthusiasm for listening and guiding a client through our efficient process of 1. determining best value for their home, 2. layout and design options, 3. ordering and the introduction to our installation team.
Duties
Managing Daily client meetings and detail follow through
Manage client accounts using Salesforce tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
Collaborate with our drafting teams to create detailed plans for the clients cabinetry
Confidently leading clients through an efficient process to help them save cost and time
Qualifications
Proven tactical listening experience. The ability to listen to what is said and not said.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage client relationships efficiently
Knowledge of marketing principles and technical sales processes is highly desirable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership
