We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of various paving projects.Key Responsibilities:Operate asphalt pavers to spread and level hot mix asphalt on driveways, parking lots, streets, and pathways. Ensure the paving machine is properly maintained and ready for use. Collaborate with the paving crew to ensure a smooth and even surface. Monitor and control the paving machine’s speed and direction. Perform routine checks and minor repairs on the paving equipment. Qualifications:Proven experience as an Asphalt Paver Operator. Familiarity with paving machinery and materials. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills.
