Account Executive - HCM

A company is looking for an Account Executive - HCM to sell HR/Payroll software solutions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed sales quotas by generating leads and managing a sales pipeline Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative guidance to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven track record in software sales, preferably in HR technology or payroll Ability to interact and sell at the C-Suite level Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
