BPO Support Associate (Pittsburgh)
Job Title: BPO Support Associate – Scan Room Department: Creation / Shipping / Scanning Reports To: Post Closing Manager Job Summary The BPO Support Associate – Scan Room is responsible for processing VA appraisal orders in accordance with company policies and customer requirements. This role supports document intake, preparation, scanning, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate workflow execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive packages via UPS and FedEx; open packages and create barcode pages for each file. Sort and remove recordable documents from lender packages in preparation for recordation. Ship completed lender documents nightly via UPS and FedEx. Maintain open lines of communication with department members to ensure documents are processed accurately and within required timeframes. Meet or exceed established production standards, performance metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs) set by management. Additional Duties Provide backup support to various department functions as needed to ensure continuity of workflow. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: One (1) year of related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Reading, sorting, inserting documents. Sitting and standing for extended periods. Telephone usage. Verbal communication, hearing, and vision required. Working Conditions Normal office environment with minimal physical discomfort related to temperature, dust, or noise. Ability to work overtime as required. Equipment Used Personal computer and related peripherals. Standard office equipment.
