Our ambition is to be the home of the most powerful, entertaining, and inspiring stories for audiences around the world.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Client Success Manager (CSM) oversees the end-to-end execution and performance of premium advertising campaigns within NAM for BBC Studios. Acting as the post-sale lead, you will bridge the gap between client goals and operational excellence to drive seamless delivery and revenue retention. As Manager, Client Success, you’ll own high-impact, multi-platform executions, partner closely with Sales and Ad Ops, and translate performance into compelling client narratives. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic thinking, hands-on campaign stewardship, and consultative client leadership—while helping shape best practices within a collaborative, fast-moving, and globally recognized media organization.Your Key Responsibilities And ImpactCampaign Stewardship & ExecutionEnd-to-End Ownership: Lead the activation, management, and optimization of complex, high-value campaigns across the BBC Studios portfolio (Display, Video, Branded Content, and Social).Strategic Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign KPIs, working closely with Ad Ops and Planning to recommend optimizations that ensure over-delivery on client expectations.Narrative Building: Lead the development of high-quality client materials, including Kick-off Calls (KOCs), mid-campaign updates, and comprehensive wrap reports that articulate the BBC’s premium value.Client Relationship ManagementPrimary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead post-sale contact for key agencies and direct advertisers, managing daily communications and troubleshooting with diplomacy.Consultative Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Account Growth: Partner with Sales to identify renewal and upsell opportunities by leveraging performance data and "white space" analysis.Operational Excellence & CollaborationCross-Functional Lead: Orchestrate internal workflows with Editorial, Project Management, Research, and Marketing to ensure all custom and branded content elements are delivered on time and on brand.Process Contribution: Support the Senior CSM in refining internal playbooks, templates, and reporting standards to improve team efficiency.Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within Salesforce, Monday.com, and other internal systems to ensure clean pipeline and revenue tracking.Essential CriteriaYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience in client success, media planning, or digital campaign management within a premium media or agency environment.Fluency in Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, and project management tools like Monday.com. This range does not include bonus compensation or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
