This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and shipment of materials, supplies, and equipment in alow-volume, high-complexity electronics environment .The ideal candidate will maintain extremely highinventory accuracy , ensure proper SAP transactions, and support internal departments including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Global Trade Compliance.This role requires the ability to be on your feet for approximately 80% of the day and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping, Receiving & Inventory ControlReceive, count, label, issue, transfer, and verify stock materialsMaintain high levels ofinventory accuracy , including part numbers and revision controlComplete PO and RMA processing in SAPProcess sales orders, service orders, and miscellaneous shipmentsCoordinate with carriers including FedEx, UPS, freight forwarders, and freight companiesERP Transactions & DocumentationAccurately transact materials within SAP ERP systemPull materials for Production, Service, and Engineering work ordersEnter material router transactions, Kanban transactions, and stock transfersMaintain ERP master data accuracyInventory Analysis & TroubleshootingTroubleshoot moderately complex issues including:Missing materialsInventory discrepanciesReceiving and shipment variancesPerform root cause analysis and corrective actionsConduct cycle counts and periodic inventory auditsWork closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Quality on discrepant materialsCross-Functional SupportSupport engineering projects and cost center material movementsAssist internal departments with SAP and Excel-based material analysisCoordinate with Global Trade Compliance and Traffic teams on shipmentsRequired QualificationsExperience25 years of experience inWarehousing, Shipping, or ReceivingExperience in a low-volume, high-complexity electronics environment preferredStrong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP highly preferred)Technical SkillsProficiency with SAP transactions and material movement processesStrong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, SharePoint)Experience navigating multiple business systems and browsersPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable being on feet approximately 80% of the workdayAbility to move materials safely on/off trucks or skidsSoft SkillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to research and resolve moderately complex issuesProfessional communication skills (written and verbal)Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environmentAbility to work extended hours if requiredEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
