Front Desk Agent

Job Description:As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and contribute to a positive and efficient front office operation. Job Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, including verifying reservations, processing payments, and assigning rooms. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary. Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person requests, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and general inquiries. Process guest check-outs efficiently, including final billing and arranging transportation if needed. Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and financial transactions. Assist with concierge services, such as making restaurant reservations or recommending activities. Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Job Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
