FM/IM Locum Need - South Central IndianaWork Dates Needed: End of March, beginning of April for 3-6 months to start. Preferred Schedule: Tuesday 9am 6pm, Thursday 8am 5pm and Friday 9am 6pm, with a potential to add another 8-hour shift in the future. No holidays Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic Scope of Work: Acute Care/Primary Care. 2+ Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified preferred, but will consider Board Eligible FM or IM, active IN license, IN CSR, BLS, DEA.
