Depending on experience, this hire may come in at either a Chief or VP level.This role will lead the company's national growth strategy while also ensuring operational execution across de novo expansion, referral generation, market development, and scalable infrastructure.The ideal candidate combines: Multi-site healthcare growth leadership High-volume expansion/development experience Strong operational discipline Executive-level communication and analytics capabilitiesThis is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Expansion Lead enterprise growth strategy across new markets, center openings, referrals, and service expansion Drive de novo center development from market strategy through opening Oversee site selection, lease negotiation, permitting, construction coordination, and opening cadence Manage vendor, broker, landlord, and development partner relationships Evaluate demographic, economic, and competitive market opportunitiesSales, Referrals & Growth Operations Oversee referral growth strategies across physicians, schools, healthcare systems, and payors Develop scalable growth infrastructure, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting tools Improve pipeline visibility, territory alignment, and conversion metrics Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, recruiting, and clinical leadershipMarketing & Brand Growth Oversee digital marketing and regional growth initiatives Partner with marketing leadership to optimize CAC/LTV performance Support brand awareness, PR strategy, and market positioning efforts Ensure consistency across growth messaging and expansion initiativesPayor & Strategic Partnerships Support development of strategic relationships with regional and national payors Assist in growth strategy related to value-based care initiatives and reimbursement expansion Collaborate with leadership regarding market access and long-term growth planningRequired Experience (Non-Negotiable)Direct experience opening multiple locations annually (15+ per year preferred)Hands-on ownership of the full development lifecycle (site selection lease permitting construction opening)Experience in multi-site expansion environments (clinics, centers, retail, or service-based locations)Strong background in lease negotiation, landlord management, and vendor oversightProven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projectsPreferred BackgroundHealthcare, behavioral health, dental, veterinary, childcare, fitness, or other multi-site service industriesExperience in high-growth or private equity-backed environmentsMulti-state expansion experienceCalifornia Market Experience Strongly PreferredWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, on-time opening of new locationsClear pipeline visibility and forecastingImproved execution speed and reduced delaysStrong vendor and landlord relationshipsA repeatable, scalable development platformCompensationCompetitive compensation package including:Strong base salaryPerformance bonusLong-term incentive/equity potential depending on levelImportant NoteThis role is focused on physical site expansion and development execution, not corporate strategy or revenue/marketing growth.This role is NOT a fit for candidates with backgrounds primarily in:Investment, acquisitions, or asset management without development executionBrokerage or leasing-only rolesStrategy or consulting without hands-on rollout experienceMarketing, sales, or revenue growth leadershipInterested in hearing more?
