Today, we are pushing the boundaries of possibility through partnerships and investments in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, developing solutions for the biggest challenges that government will face tomorrow.We are proud to employ and support military veteranswho bring mission-first mindset, technical expertise, and leadership qualities that strengthen our work.Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.Data Integration, Team LeadLocation:Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance:TS/SCI (CI Polygraph eligible)*Contingent upon contract award*MissionLead data integration and governance efforts across the DCD enterprise, ensuring intelligence data is structured, accessible, and interoperable to support mission-critical decision-making.What You'll DoLead data integration and governance across intelligence systemsSupport interoperability and intelligence data sharingOversee teams supporting data workflows within the intelligence lifecycleDevelop SOPs and documentationDeliver briefings and support mission stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsMeets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager, plus:4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or disseminationDemonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or system interoperabilityDemonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentationsDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphicsEducationBachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), ORAssociate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, ORHigh School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineCertificationsActive DoD 8140 IAT Level II certificationClearanceCurrent DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraphWhy Tria?
