Role : GenAI Platform & Agentic AI Technical LeadLocation : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)Exp : 10+Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior GenAI Platform & Agentic AI Technical Lead (10+ years) who can design, reason about, and operationalize agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. This role requires strong hands-on depth and the ability to clearly articulate architectural trade-offs, platform components, and operational requirements for running agentic systems safely in production. This is not an order-taker role. The ideal candidate demonstrates clear technical reasoning, awareness of modern agentic AI patterns, and the ability to explain why specific platform components (orchestration, gateways, evals) are required.Key ObjectivesEvolve the organization from copilots to production-grade, multi-agent systemsBuild a cohesive GenAI platform supporting agents, tools, memory, and evaluationsEnable fast experimentation while maintaining control, observability, and reliabilityProvide clear, concrete technical guidance to senior engineering and platform stakeholdersPrimary ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph (including DeepAgents concepts), Agent Skills, and MCPDefine and implement externalized agent orchestration, separating agent workflow/state management from application codeDesign and integrate an AI Gateway layer to manage LLM access, tool invocation, security, cost controls, and routingEnable agent memory, planning, tool execution, and skill reuse across multiple agentsEstablish AgentOps practices, including agent evaluation, regression testing, and runtime monitoringImplement LLM/agent observability using tools such as Langfuse and/or LangSmithPartner with platform, security, and data teams to ensure agentic systems can run safely and reliably in productionRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience building GenAI or agentic AI platforms in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of why and when to use an externalized agent orchestrator versus inline agent logicHands-on knowledge of AI Gateway responsibilitiesPractical experience with LLM evaluation and observability platforms (Langfuse, LangSmith, OpenAI Evals)Clear understanding of Agent Skills as reusable, governed capabilitiesHands-on or strong conceptual grounding in LangGraph including DeepAgentsAbility to reason clearly about what is needed to run agentic systems in productionPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience designing platforms that avoid vendor lock-inExposure to long-running or multi-agent workflowsFamiliarity with governance or compliance for AI systemsWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures agentic AI is operable, observable, and defensible in real enterprise environments.
