Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Skills Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience. Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is a plus, along with an understanding of food handling practices. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is beneficial but not required.
