They are well known for their retention, culture, and relationships internally and externally.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAs the Estimator, you will support the preconstruction and estimating function, reporting into senior estimating leadership and collaborating closely with project management.Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and multi-family construction projectsPerform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and other project documentationSupport subcontractor and supplier outreach, including bid solicitation and trackingAssist with bid levelling, scope reviews and pricing analysis under the guidance of senior estimatorsMaintain and update estimating databases and historical cost informationReview plans, specifications and addenda to ensure full and accurate scope coveragePrepare bid proposals and supporting documentation for tender submissionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
