Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Houston Healthcare Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time NICU RN Nurse Manager. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.The NICU Nurse Manager supports the Director in overseeing daily operations, clinical quality, and staff performance within the NICU. This role promotes high-quality, patient-centered nursing care through effective leadership, continuous performance improvement, and ongoing evaluation of clinical practices. The Nurse Manager provides hands-on clinical and operational support to the nursing team and assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care across Women's Services units.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport departmental operations in alignment with hospital mission, vision, and valuesAssist with performance improvement and quality initiativesEnsure nursing care follows the nursing process and quality standardsProvide clinical leadership and support to NICU nursing staffAssist with staffing, planning, and evaluation of patient careQualifications2+ years NICU experience requiredRecent (within 1 year) acute care NICU leadership experience (Level III or IV required)2+ years management or Charge Nurse experienceBSN requiredActive Texas RN license or compact license (TX license within 60 days if compact)BLS (AHA) requiredHourly & Benefits:Days, Nights, & Evening Shifts AvailableCompetitive Hourly ($47-$60 based on experience)$15k Sign OnMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits401(k)PTOHiring immediately!!
