General Labor Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining high-quality standards. Duties - Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints. - Operate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and power tools. - Perform tasks on the assembly line, ensuring efficiency and quality control. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting. - Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications - Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. - Ability to work on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail. - Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided. - Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. - A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
