The business has evolved significantly and is scaling quickly, with major expansion underway, including a new state-of-the-art facility and plans to significantly increase production capacity.This is an opportunity to join a company on a high-growth trajectory and step into a highly visible leadership role that will directly support operational scale, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and financial infrastructure.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on, operationally minded Controller to lead core accounting operations and build a strong financial foundation for a fast-changing, growth-stage business. This person will partner closely with executive leadership.The ideal candidate brings strong inventory accounting and manufacturing-oriented finance experience, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and procurement.
