CNC Setup Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are seeking dependable candidates with experience operating *CNC mills and/or lathes* in a production environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can work independently, maintain quality standards, perform setups, and make basic program edits when needed. Pay & Shift Information *1st Shift* * *$21.00–$37.00/hour*, depending on experience * *Monday–Thursday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM* *2nd Shift* * *$27.00–$38.00/hour*, depending on experience * *$1.00/hour shift differential* * *Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM* *Overtime may be available.* Job Responsibilities * Set up and operate *CNC mills and/or lathes* * Perform tool changes, including inserts, drills, and end mills * Make program edits and adjustments as needed * Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T * Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools * Verify part quality and maintain tight tolerances * Perform routine machine maintenance * Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with *5S standards* Qualifications * *Level 1:* 0–2 years of CNC experience * *Level 2:* 2–5 years of CNC experience * *Level 3:* 5+ years of CNC experience * Setup experience is strongly preferred * Program editing experience is preferred * Experience with *CAD/CAM or Mastercam* is a plus * Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools * Must be able to lift up to *50 lbs* Ideal Candidate * Able to run jobs with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail * Good understanding of feeds, speeds, and tooling * Aerospace or precision machining experience is a plus *Apply today with your resume.
