This is a hands-on role responsible not only for programming, but also for machine setup and operation. Once jobs are running efficiently, oversight transitions to operators - this is not a programming-only position.+ Stable, growing medical device manufacturer+ Expanding - opening a second facility in mid-2026+ Small company culture with mid-sized growth trajectory+ Quarterly performance bonuses**Key Responsibilities**+ Program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines+ Optimize tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies+ Troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement initiatives+ Mentor and train operators and setup personnel+ 7+ years of CNC programming experience+ Strong machining background in Swiss-style equipment+ Experience with **GibbsCAM** or **ESPRIT** (Mastercam experience also considered)+ Experience in regulated, high-precision environments (medical device preferred)+ Ability to support both Swiss and Lathe/Mill Turn departments**Equipment****Swiss Department:** Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16**Lathe/Mill Turn:** Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150**Software:** GibbsCAM, ESPRITThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
