Speech Therapist- Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home therapeutic services, primarily focusing on adult and senior patients.Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse populations, including children in early intervention.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing functions.Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure consistent, effective care at home.Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and educate patients and families on exercises and techniques.Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications include valid licensure as an SLP, experience with seniors, strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, and familiarity with OASIS software and early intervention programs.This flexible, patient-centered role offers $60/hour and the chance to make a meaningful impact through expert care in patients’ homes.Application question: Do you have OASIS experience?
