Station 45 is an iconic fine dining steakhouse located in the beautifully restored historic Lackawanna Train Station. We are seeking an executive chef to lead our culinary program and team. This is an opportunity to showcase your skill and passion for food in the area's highest profile kitchen in a landmark setting where timeless architecture meets modern luxury dining. We are looking for a chef who respects classic steakhouse traditions while bringing in their own creativity and elevated technique and strong leadership to the table. Some of the duties: overseeing the kitchen operation is food quality, food costs, daily specials and presentation, manage food and labor costs without compromising our standard, maintain consistency and a clean compliant kitchen.
