Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Louisville, KY | 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM)A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its day shift team (7 AM – 3:30 PM) in Louisville, KY. This role offers $28-$32 per hour (flexible based on experience) and includes a comprehensive benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.Work with roll forming or metal/steel manufacturing machinery to maintain production flow.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues.Collaborate with the maintenance team and facility leadership to improve system reliability.Qualifications:Experience in roll forming or metal/steel manufacturing is required.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.Benefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planThe hiring process includes a video interview with the VP of HR, followed by an onsite interview with the hiring manager.
