Responsible for – Daily operations and supervision of employees that prepare and serve food and drinks to customers such as Restaurants, Bars, Concessions, Beer Carts and Banquet halls/Concerts. Food and Beverage supervisors oversee all of the issues pertaining to a patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.training new staffmanaging employeesoverseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and restaurant equipmentresolving customer complaints regarding food quality and servicemaking sure the food & beverage areas complies with health and food safety regulationsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with OSHA, Health Dept., working knowledge of ABC laws, and Serv-Safe, L.E.A.D and/or T.I.P.S., Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) & POS System proficiency is very helpful.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
