We’re Looking For:We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with experience in HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems.You Are:A Systems Thinker. You are proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.You Will: Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics Support system implementations, releases, and enhancements Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standardsYou Bring:Core KnowledgeHR Processes: Deep understanding of HR processes across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, PTO, and Talent.Governance & Security: Knowledge of HR data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.Process Design: Understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimization.Functional ExpertiseRequirements Translation: Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.Lifecycle Implementations: Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.Analytical Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.Reporting Strategy: Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.Technical ExpertisePlatform Configuration: Advanced Workday configuration experience.System Integrations: Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.Data Analysis: Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.Release Management: Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.Where you Work:Your work is performed as a hybrid employee at our corporate headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.Must Have’s: 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field Experience configuring WorkdayExperience translating business requirements into system solutions Strong analytical and reporting skills Project and process management experience Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailNice to Have’s: Workday certifications Experience supporting system implementations or M&A integrations Experience with HR analytics or BI tools Change management training or certificationWhat We Offer: Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision benefits with employer HSA contributions (US) and FSA options (US)Immediately vested 401K (US) or RRSP (Canada) with company matchPaid Vacation, Personal, and Sick TimePaid maternity and paternity leave (US)Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D (US)Robust Employee Assistance ProgramEmployer paid Leap into Service Day to volunteerTuition Reimbursement for eligible programsOpportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organizationCompany culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and meaningful advancement Sound like a match?
