Our Mision is Serving our retail partners with innovative and compelling solutions.🔹 About the roleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Product Engineer to support the execution of product development programs for retail fixture and merchandising systems.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the US, China, and Mexico to ensure technical accuracy, documentation integrity, and smooth project execution throughout the product development lifecycle.🔹 What you'll doProduct Development & ExecutionConduct in-store measurements and field verificationSupport prototype tracking, testing, and validationAssist in design brief preparation and cross-team alignmentSupport field engineering activities, including site measurements, sample installations, and on-site coordination with sales teams to support customer-facing projectsEngineering Documentation & BOMSupport preparation and verification of BOMMaintain technical documentation and version controlReview drawings and clarify technical details with suppliersQuality & ComplianceCoordinate structural and load testingSupport UL certification and regulatory documentationAssist in quality improvement and risk mitigation effortsSupplier & Cross-functional CoordinationFollow up on prototype builds and testingCoordinate with suppliers across regions (US, China, Mexico)Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Production, and Sales teamsProject SupportTrack project timelines and milestonesPrepare internal status updates and reports🔹 Qualifications1–3 years of experience in product engineering, mechanical design, or related fieldsBasic understanding of manufacturing processes (metal fabrication, injection molding preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work across teams🔹 Core CompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong execution focusStrong organizational and coordination skillsEffective cross-functional communicationStructured problem-solving mindset🔹 Why join usExposure to large-scale retail programs and global customersOpportunity to grow into a Product Engineer roleHands-on experience across design, sourcing, and production
