We are building a new model for how fashion is created, experienced, and consumed.We are a luxury, made-on-demand fashion house that produces everything to order with a 5 to 8 working day turnaround. Our model is intentionally designed to reduce overproduction, prioritise craftsmanship, and place community and values at the heart of the brand.This year we are launching a first-of-its-kind fashion technology concept that will fundamentally change how clients discover, try, and purchase clothing. While we cannot share full details yet, this initiative will combine immersive physical experiences with advanced digital tools, blending creativity, innovation, and personalisation in a way that has never been done before in fashion.We are scaling a completely made-on-demand business through technology. At a time when much of the industry feels repetitive and slow to evolve, Sanne is choosing to be bold, imaginative, and future-focused.The RoleWe are seeking a Chief Brand Officer to lead Sanne into its next chapter.This is not a conventional marketing position. You will not simply manage campaigns. You will help shape the cultural identity of the brand.As a founding leader, you will be responsible for building brand heat, deepening community engagement, and positioning Sanne as a reference point for innovation, taste, and cultural relevance.You will be responsible for building brand heat, driving market expansion, and translating creative vision into commercial growth.This role requires someone who can think at a high level, but also execute. Someone who can build a world around the brand, while ensuring it converts.You will work closely with the Founder and act as a true partner in scaling the business.What You Will OwnYou will be responsible for both brand and growth.Brand & Cultural DirectionDefine and evolve Sanne's brand narrative, tone of voice, and cultural positioning Lead global brand strategy across fashion and our upcoming technology-led retail concept Ensure all communication is coherent, distinctive, and aligned with the brand Content & PlatformsOversee all brand communication across Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, and emerging platforms Shape how the brand shows up visually and editorially across all channels Ensure content is not only engaging, but drives intent and action Community & ExperiencesBuild and nurture a loyal, values-aligned community Develop and lead physical experiences, events, and activations Create moments that bring the brand to life beyond product Market ExpansionLead entry into new markets, defining strategy, positioning, and execution Identify key cities, communities, and cultural entry points Build local relevance while maintaining global consistency Press & Cultural RelevanceDefine and lead press strategy Shape how Sanne is introduced to global media and cultural platforms Build relationships with editors, stylists, and cultural figures Influencers & PartnershipsLead a highly curated approach to collaborators and brand partners Identify and build long-term relationships with individuals who align with the brand Ensure all partnerships feel intentional and culturally relevant Website & Digital ExperienceOversee the website as a core brand and commercial platform Improve storytelling, clarity, and customer journey Identify and remove friction to improve conversion Paid Media & Growth ChannelsDefine how paid media is used to support growth without diluting brand Balance brand building with performance Identify opportunities across channels to drive acquisition and revenue Commercial ImpactTake ownership of how brand translates into sales Monitor performance across channels and optimise where needed Ensure marketing activity contributes directly to business growth Team & LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing marketing and community team Set direction while remaining hands-on where needed Create a culture of ambition, clarity, and execution Who You AreYou are not corporate.
