Lead and develop a staff of approximately 30 non-exempt employees to run daily production on your shift in a safe and environmentally sound manner: supporting Process Safety Management (PSM), cost, yield, utility, production capability OEE/TEEP, statistical process control, and Lean/Six Sigma objectives.Responsible for providing leadership, developing your team members, and leading daily activities in conjunction with improvement initiatives for your production shift.This position reports to the Laird Cleveland Area Leader.
