Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator
Cyagen is growing our US marketing team, and we’re looking for a hands‑on, highly organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to run our scientific conference operations and support our field sales team. If you love logistics, events, and making things run smoothly, this role gives you real ownership from day one.This is a full‑time, onsite role in Santa Clara — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants to build a career in biotech marketing.What You’ll DoCoordinate all US and EU scientific conferences: booth logistics, shipping, inventory, and deadlinesManage marketing materials, collateral, and promotional itemsSupport field sales with local events, seminars, and customer visitsCollaborate with our China‑based marketing team on collateral, timelines, and campaignsMaintain organized storage and vendor relationships for printing and promotional itemsConduct warm inside‑sales follow‑up to nurture leads from conferences and inbound inquiriesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or sales supportStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and handle logistics end‑to‑endComfortable working onsite daily in Santa ClaraBonus: experience in life science, biotech or scientific conferencesWhy You’ll Love This RoleYou’ll be the operational backbone of our US marketing efforts — owning high‑visibility conferences, supporting a growing sales team, and working closely with both US and China‑based colleagues.
