Customer Experience Manager
Customer Experience (CX) Data StorytellerWe’re looking for a CX Data Storyteller to turn complex customer data into clear insights that drive action, improve the customer journey, and influence business strategy. This role partners closely with Product, Marketing, and Support to analyze feedback, map journeys, surface trends, and champion the voice of the customer across the organization. This job is 30 hours per week hybrid on site in Morris County. What You’ll Do:Analyze large datasets (NPS, CSAT, surveys, CRM, support cases) to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.Use statistical analysis, AI/LLM, and NLP to conduct sentiment and root-cause analysis.Build dashboards and visualizations (Tableau) that clearly communicate CX metrics and insights.Create compelling stories, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused improvements and measure impact.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.3–5+ years in data analytics, CX, or similar analytical work.Strong data storytelling skills and experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and CX/VoC platforms (Qualtrics, QuestionPro, Medallia).Experience working with CRM data, ideally Salesforce.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a passion for advocating for the customer.The hourly rate for this position is W2 $47 - 57/hr DOE.
