The CFO will be responsible for driving the financial functions of the organization, participating in long-term strategic and financial planning, and ensuring the financial soundness of the multi-specialty health center. This role involves preparing and presenting various budgets, managing variances, and leading the Finance Committee. The CFO will also be expected to attend Board meetings and work closely with the CEO. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' progressive financial management experience in a non-profit healthcare setting is required, with a preference for those who have at least 3 years' of senior director or executive-level leadership experience. A CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus.
