Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

This role serves as the daily on-site representative of the company—ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, managing site logistics, and maintaining professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily field operations for commercial and healthcare construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and jobsite logistics.Review construction drawings and specifications and resolve field issues with the project team.Maintain project schedules, including 3-week or 6-week look-ahead schedules.Lead weekly foremen and safety meetings; enforce OSHA and company safety standards.Monitor quality control and workmanship throughout all project phases.Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and documentation in Procore.Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.Experience with OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects required.Strong leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel.Knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and safety regulations.Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Apply Today!Please apply and submit your resume for immediate consideration.
