Associate Clinical Director (ACD) – Hybrid | Full-TimeLocations: Solano, Central Contra Costa, and Ventura.Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMBehavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Director (ACD) to provide clinical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and operational support across assigned regions. This hybrid leadership role supports Clinical Managers, ensures treatment fidelity, oversees compliance, and drives positive client outcomes through evidence-based practices.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee quality assurance across regions to ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and treatment fidelityReview clinical documentation, insurance reports, assessments, discharge summaries, and addendumsAnalyze client progress and QA data to support evidence-based treatment decisionsCollaborate with Clinical Managers on client progress, treatment goals, barriers, and transition planningProvide clinical guidance, feedback, and support to Clinical Managers and treatment teamsConduct audits of documentation, data collection, and clinical systemsSupport BACB supervision, RBT supervision, assessments, and clinically related regional needsMaintain ethical, regulatory, and funding source complianceLead regional meetings, manage administrative responsibilities, and maintain 120 monthly billable hoursExperienceQualifications & Requirements6–8+ years of demonstrated clinical experience in ABA or behavioral healthcareStrong background in leadership, quality assurance, and clinical oversightEducation & CertificationMaster’s Degree or terminal degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldActive BCBA certification requiredLicensure and/or certification in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field requiredKey SkillsTeam leadership and staff developmentQuality assurance and systems managementCentralReach proficiency preferredStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsOrganizational Behavior Management and systems-thinking approachCommitment to compassionate, culturally responsive careIf you’re passionate about advancing clinical quality, supporting teams, and driving meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you!
