POSITION SUMMARY:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, requiredCurrent state licensure, requiredBLS/CPR certification, preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfactionAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionHighly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regard to time managementAbility to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsComputer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programsWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
