Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Chesterfield, MO. Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through door knocking, conducting exterior property damage assessments, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining customer and insurance adjuster relationships, meeting sales metrics, and ensuring every customer is afforded fair consideration for their claim. QualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSales and customer relationship management skillsKnowledge or experience in storm restoration, construction, or insurance claims is a plusOrganizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the drive to achieve sales targetsProficiency in using basic technology tools (e.g., email, CRM software) is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or experience in roofing, construction, or restoration is an asset)Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
