You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.The Warehouse Keeper - Aviation Logistics Support provides critical supply chain and inventory management support for Coast Guard aviation maintenance operations. Working closely with FAA A&P mechanics, quality personnel, and site leadership, this role ensures timely availability, accountability, and proper storage of aircraft parts, tools, consumables, and support equipment.With experience supporting aviation maintenance environments, the Warehouse Keeper maintains strict compliance with regulatory requirements, technical documentation standards, and company policies to ensure mission readiness and operational efficiency.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Keeper: Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Warehouse Keeper Responsibilities Include:Receive, inspect, inventory, and issue aircraft parts, tools, and materials in support of aviation maintenance operations.Verify incoming parts for accuracy, condition, proper documentation, and traceability in accordance with FAA and Coast Guard requirements.Maintain accurate inventory records using approved inventory management or maintenance tracking systems.Ensure proper storage, labeling, preservation, and shelf-life control of aircraft components, hazardous materials, and consumables.Track serialized components, controlled items, and time-sensitive parts to maintain regulatory compliance.Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely availability of parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.Process parts requests, returns, and core exchanges in accordance with established procedures.Support audits and inspections by maintaining organized records and inventory accountability.Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and transportation documentation.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, proper tool control procedures and OSHA standards.Maintain, control and schedule for calibration of all calibrated tools.Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Performs other job-related duties as assignedWarehouse Keeper Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or aviation support preferred.Certifications required:Drivers license.Certifications {Preferred):Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) training.Forklift certification.Familiarity with FAA parts traceability requirements preferred.Experience:Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply support required.Experience supporting aviation maintenance operations, preferably in a Coast Guard or military environment, preferred.Familiarity with aircraft parts documentation, serialized components, and maintenance support processes preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic knowledge of aviation parts handling, storage, and documentation requirements.Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory accountability.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively with maintenance teams and leadership.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance and safety standards.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.Frequently lifts parts and equipment up to 40 pounds.Occasionally lifts objects up to 50 pounds.Ability to operate material handling equipment as required.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCompany Information:Cherokee Nation Armored Solutions (CNAS) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
