LHH is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization onsite in Akron, Ohio. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving programs from concept through full product lifecycle.Position OverviewThe Program Manager will oversee cross-functional initiatives that support product development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for leading complex manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, production, quality, and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full product lifecycle activities—from initial concept and design through production, launch, and continuous improvement.Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to ensure program success.Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product reliability.Ensure all program deliverables align with organizational goals, customer expectations, and compliance requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field).8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated expertise managing complex programs with full product lifecycle ownership.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive cross-functional alignment.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.BenefitsMedical 401kPTOEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements
