Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsClerical Skills, including record management and data organizationAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office SuiteExperience handling confidential information with professionalismHigh school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plusMust be able to manage office projects.
