This is a high-impact growth role designed for a skilled advocate who thrives in the courtroom and values professional flexibility.What You Will DoAs a key member of our Asheville team, you will manage a diverse caseload focused on defense litigation. You will be responsible for:Defending complex civil litigation claims from inception through resolution.Leading cases through trials and arbitrations with a demonstrated track record of success.Collaborating with a dedicated team of legal professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.QualificationsLicensure: Active license to practice law in North Carolina (required).Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related civil litigation experience.Billable Hour Requirements: 1850+Defense Expertise: Proven experience defending claims, with a preference for candidates familiar with:Construction Litigation & Commercial LitigationTrucking and TransportationProducts Liability & Professional LiabilityMotor Vehicle Negligence & Premises LiabilityTrial Ready: Strong, demonstrated experience handling cases through trial and/or arbitration.Location: Already based in Western North Carolina (WNC) or highly motivated to relocate to the Asheville area.Work Environment & FlexibilityWe understand that modern legal practice requires a balance of collaboration and focus.Hybrid Structure: Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with our Asheville office as your home base.Support: Full remote work capabilities and technology are provided to ensure you have the tools to succeed from anywhere.Comprehensive Benefits PackageWe invest in our people.
