Technical Program Manager – Server & Datacenter

*About the Role* MiTAC Computing Technology is seeking a *Technical Program Manager* to support customer-facing engagements and drive server/datacenter product execution across global teams. This role serves as the bridge between *clients, sales team*, *R&D*, and *manufacturing*, ensuring smooth communication, clear requirements, and successful product delivery. *Key Responsibilities* * Serve as the *primary technical contact* for clients and support sales with product knowledge. * Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for engineering. * Coordinate program activities between Taiwan R&D and U.S. manufacturing teams. * Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and program status. * Support product validation, issue resolution, and client follow-up. * Facilitate cross-functional communication across global teams. *Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * 2+ years of experience in servers, datacenter hardware, or enterprise IT * Experience in technical program management or customer-facing technical roles * Strong understanding of server components and datacenter environments * Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills * Ability to work with global teams across time zones; travel as needed *Preferred* * Experience with ODM/OEM server manufacturers * Familiarity with datacenter deployment or validation processes * Mandarin language skills a plus *Why Join MiTAC* * Competitive compensation and benefits * Opportunity to work with global engineering and manufacturing teams * High-impact role supporting major customers and strategic products Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
