Role Description The Literacy Success Teacher will support the academic achievement of students by developing and implementing effective literacy instruction strategies. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing targeted interventions to enhance literacy skills. Collaboration with other educators to share effective practices and training is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices to design and implement effective learning tools.Strong Communication skills to engage collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.Proven experience in Teaching and delivering engaging curriculum to diverse learners across different age groups.Expertise in Training to support and facilitate development of best practices among staff and educators.Ability to effectively assess student needs and provide tailored instructional strategies.Familiarity with literacy development strategies and educational technology tools.Bachelor’s degree; teaching certification is required.3 years experience teaching literacy or reading is required.
