This opportunity combines clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management. You’ll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing the hospital’s reputation for compassionate, high‑quality veterinary care.

About the Facility
Our state‑of‑the‑art facility includes surgical and multifaceted medical equipment: digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, an in‑house laboratory, a pharmacy, and more. We provide comprehensive care—including preventive and wellness, radiology, dentistry, surgery, rehabilitation, hospitalization, daytime ER (if our schedule allows), in‑house bloodwork, and end‑of‑life care. We partner with a licensed dog trainer to support behavior management and are an engaged, growth‑oriented team dedicated to mentorship and collaboration.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
