Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities operate, and monitor CNC lathes machines to produce parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety standards in production environments. Assist with materials handling, and warehouse operations as needed. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure product specifications are met. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. The use of precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues efficiently using industrial troubleshooting techniques. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
